Strategy is finding a different way to compete creating a different value for the consumer allowing the company to prosper and achieve superior profitability. <\/p>\n\n<strong>What is not Strategy? <\/strong>\n\n<p>Simply implementing best practices, buying the latest machines, using the internet and social media to communicate with customers etc. These are all just basic necessities but not strategy; strategy is not to do the same but better.
